Communication is very important between teachers, students and parents. Private social networks like Ning can make this possible. I could really see myself using this resource.

TeacherPop seems like a great resource for teachers to use. This sight seems to me like many social sites wrapped up into one. I like that not only can I post blogs (and search for specific blogs using tags), but I can also post pictures and videos that pertain to different teaching strategies or standards. I also enjoy that I can find many of my classmates on this site--and one day my future colleagues.
